Leeds United mooted to make move for Norwich midfielder Mathias Normann
Leeds United could reportedly make a move for Norwich midfielder Mathias Normann this summer.
According to LeedsLive, the Whites will certainly want a central midfielder when the window opens.
The Norway international is currently on loan from Rostov, and while the relegation candidates have an option to buy, their relegation could complicate things and Leeds could secure his services for a ‘reasonable fee’.

Worth signing?
It’s clear that central midfield needs to be the first position Leeds must address this summer.
Since they signed Adam Forshaw in 2017, they have not roped in another midfielder on a permanent basis.
That has seen them suffer on numerous occasions especially this campaign when Kalvin Phillips has missed most of the games due to injury.
In Normann they will be signing a player who knows the Premier League through and through and should not be judged on the fact that Norwich are set for relegation.

His “Excellent” assist against Burnley has seen him earn plenty of plaudits and he could be a could bargain signing for the Whites.
Still on 25, the Norwegian could be at Elland Road for the better part of the next decade and could form a good partnership with Kalvin Phillips at the heart of the midfield.
He’s not the sort of signing that gets the fans excited, but if he’s efficient and can get the job done, then few will be left complaining.
In other Leeds United news, the Whites are leading the race to complete a major signing and have already opened talks to seal a £25m deal.
