Leeds United likely to prioritise Brenden Aaronson over Ryan Kent
Leeds United are reportedly likelier to pursue Brenden Aaronson than Ryan Kent in the summer transfer window.
According to Eurosport journalist Dean Jones, the RB Salzburg attacker appears high on their plans in the coming few months.
Kent, who’s currently plying his trade at Rangers, is not understood to be the Whites’ number one target.

Jones told Give Me Sport, “Brenden Aaronson is (still high up in Leeds’ summer plans), so I think that one is still more likely (than Kent).”
The Athletic reported that the Whites had bids rejected for the American in the summer.
Recently, Sky Sports claimed that Kent was also on the transfer radar as Jesse Marsch enters his first transfer window as Leeds boss.
Will take either
At this point, Leeds cannot be picky in terms of their incomings.
They clearly needed at least two more new signings in the summer and were not given that.
Even in January, when the Whites were in a genuine relegation battle, Marcelo Bielsa oversaw that window without the board recruiting a single new player.

Aaronson was pursued, but that was in the latter stages of the window and RB Salzburg were always going to play hard ball with Leeds as they did not want to sell him in January.
The goalposts appear to have shifted now and it remains to be seen if Victor Orta and co can convince Aaronson to jump ship and move to West Yorkshire.
In other Leeds United news, the Whites are leading the race to complete a major signing and have already opened talks to seal a £25m deal.
