Leeds United learn brutal Juventus Max Allegri stance on potential permanent Weston Mckennie transfer – report
On-loan Leeds United midfielder Weston Mckennie is not missed by Max Allegri, and Juventus remain hopeful of a permanent transfer should the Whites remain in the Premier League, according to Tuttomercatoweb.
The 24-year-old completed his loan move to Elland Road at the end of the January window, with the Yorkshire side holding the option to make his move permanent in the summer.
However, the American’s permanent move to West Yorkshire will be in serious jeopardy if he doesn’t register ten appearances or if the Whites are relegated to the second tier.

According to Italian outlet Tuttomercatoweb, Juventus boss Allegri “does not miss” McKennie, despite using him 21 times this season before he left for Elland Road. In fact, the Serie A side hopes the Whites stay up so that the arrangement for McKennie becomes permanent.
Stay up
It seems as if the Serie A out are desperate to ship out Mckennie this summer, which could become Leeds United’s huge gain in acquiring a very talented midfielder.
However, the onus is on the midfielder to impress at Elland Road for the remainder of the campaign, and the Whites to also confirm their status in the Premier League again.

New manager Javi Gracia will utilise the American international as he sees fit in the coming weeks and if that means he plays every single game then that’s the Spaniard’s prerogative. Premier League safety is of paramount importance before anything else.
The American international is yet to really get going since arriving at the club but could still go on to be a real asset in the coming weeks and months. The ball is in Mckennie’s court as his immediate future at the top level is in peril.
