Leeds United keeper Illan Meslier not in training ahead of Southampton game
Illan Meslier has not returned to training ahead of the Leeds United Premier League clash against Southampton on April 2.
However, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post, the Frenchman will be fit enough to start between the sticks.
Meslier was taken off in the second half for Kristoffer Klaesson as Leeds won 3-2 v Wolves after being down 2-0 at half-time.

Good news
While Klaesson did an exceptional job coming in for Meslier, he is not quite ready for the pressure of a first-choice keeper.
He still is not that adept with the ball at his feet and cannot sweep like his French counterpart can.
Jesse Marsch and Leeds like to play a high line which means that the keepers cannot stick to their goal lines.
They have to be on the move and ready to venture forward, closer to the halfway line.
The Norwegian will eventually get there but is not quite ready for being a regular for Leeds.

Meslier, on the other hand, has grown from strength to strength since the start of last season.
He’s been a quality shot stopper and also has been exceptional with the ball at his feet.
It’s no surprise that some of Europe’s top teams are looking at him because he could fit the bill for the continental elite and go on to become one of the best keepers of the next generation.
In other Leeds United news, the Whites are leading the race to complete a major signing and have already opened talks to seal a £25m deal.
