Leeds United attacker Willy Gnonto draws transfer interest from the Netherlands
Leeds United attacker Willy Gnonto is reportedly wanted by clubs in the Netherlands, Germany, Italy as well as England.
According to Calciomercato [15 April], Sassuolo even tried negotiating with him for a long time in the summer but he ended up moving to Elland Road.
Gnonto has had an instant impact and has already made 17 Premier League appearances for the Whites this season.

He stays
The Italy forward signed a long-term deal at Elland Road in the summer and it was the right thing to do as the rest of Europe did not rate him.
He was on Leeds’ radar for a while and even though he was a panic signing on deadline day, they were sure of the player they were getting.
They may not have thought he’ll impact an impact on the first team this quickly but he’s proven that he can be the difference maker.

He’s got very good close control and the ability to turn defenders and go clean through on goal.
He may still be raw with some of his decision making but nobody expects him to be the finished article at 19.
If he does want to leave in the summer, Leeds can demand a huge transfer fee for his services as he’s on a five-year contract and signing players with the potential he has is always an expensive affair for the buying club.
