Leeds United ace Luis Sinisterra hailed by Ian Wright after Nottingham Forest display

Ian Wright has been pleased by Luis Sinisterra and the quality of the Leeds United attack as they beat Nottingham Forest 2-1.

The Whites took a big step in the right direction towards getting away from the relegation zone as they picked up the three points at Elland Road.

Sinisterra scored what proved to be the winning goal and that finish impressed the former Arsenal striker.

He said on the Premier League post-match show after the Manchester United v Brentford and West Ham v Newcastle games on 05/04 at 23:23, “They have all these quality attacking players, Sinisterra, Bamford, Harrison. It doesn’t surprise me Sinisterra scores the winning goal. Good player that [the goal] was great.”

Calmness personified

That finish was so pleasing to watch and Leeds fans surely would’ve seen the replay a hundred times as it was a piece of individual brilliance.

Due to the Colombian’s injury, the fans have not gotten to see just how good he is and this was a glimpse of why he was signed over the summer.

He gives the Whites the option of playing on either side of the attack and if he manages to stay fit for a while then nothing will stop him.

It will be interesting to see how Javi Gracia keeps rotating his attacking players from now until the end of the season as he’s got a number of options.

Jack Harrison, who appeared destined for an exit, appears like a player reborn and Willy Gnonto is also a handful whenever he’s playing.

The Whites can be an attacking team when the situation calls for it and Gracia will be glad to have such players at his disposal.

In other Leeds United news, a teenager now looks closer than ever to his debut after what he did at Thorp Arch during the international break with Javi Gracia taking note.
