Leeds United ace Raphinha may not start v Liverpool
Leeds United attacker Raphinha could be on the bench against Liverpool on Wednesday, according to Beren Cross.
The LeedsLive reporter joked that it would be a real irony for him to not be named in the starting eleven despite him being good enough for a number of top European sides.
The Brazilian did not start the 4-2 defeat against Manchester United but came off the bench to find the back of the net.

Must start
It’ll be a big shame to see a player of the Brazilian’s calibre miss out on a game like this.
The odds are already massively stacked against Leeds and he is their only reliable game changer.
Sure, his performances of late have been far from impressive, but he’s truly got world class potential and the Whites are lucky to have him.
Marcelo Bielsa surely would’ve talked to him after the Man United game and hopefully has managed to get him onside.

If Raphinha does not start, it means relying on Dan James or Jack Harrison to provide that X-Factor in the final third.
This season, both of them have underwhelmed massively and there are calls for Bielsa to give Joe Gelhardt an extended run in the playing eleven.
Whether or not he risks that in a big game against Liverpool, remains to be seen, but something certainly needs to change or the Whites will not do their survival chances any favours.
