Leeds United ace Joe Rodon issues update after Wales injury scare
Leeds United star Joe Rodon has revealed that he is ok after suffering an injury scare with Wales in their draw against Turkiye.
The 27-year-old was involved in a nasty clash of heads with Mark Harris which left both players floored and in need of treatment which lasted several minutes.
This forced the Whites’ defender to wear a bandage around his head but, after the Nations League clash on 16 November, he confirmed to Sgorio there is nothing to be concerned about.
He said: “To be fair, I’m used to it in the Championship, it’s every other week if I’m honest. It is what it is, a mix-up, but we’re both okay and that’s the main thing.”

Daniel Farke has already had to deal with plenty of injury concerns this season, which he hasn’t allowed his side to be hampered by.
Welsh teammate Ethan Ampadu suffered a long-term injury, while midfielder partner Ilia Gruev was also ruled out in the same week.
Despite being without two key players for a sustained period, the Whites are still fighting at the top end of the Championship and are just two points off Sunderland in top spot.
With that being said, the German will be keen to not lose any more key players, with Rodon certainly being one of the most important players at Elland Road.

After returning on a permanent deal from Tottenham in the summer, the ex-Swansea man has featured in every league game, conceding just nine goals so far this campaign.
The German manager and Leeds supporters will be relieved to hear that the centr- back is ok and isn’t suffering any ill-effects from his clash of heads with Wales.
