Leeds could be prepared to sanction attacker exit after Daniel Farke decision
Leeds will have some decisions to make in the winter window.
As of right now, the only thing that matters is what happens on the pitch, with Leeds preparing to face Brighton at the weekend.
However, with November fast approaching, plans will start getting put into place ahead of the January transfer window.
As a result, the Whites will have some decisions to make on those currently at Elland Road, and it could open the door for one of three attackers to leave.

Leeds are stacked for right-wing options
With Dan James and Willy Gnonto having recently been sidelined, Brenden Aaronson has featured on the right flank for Leeds.
Not only that, but he has impressed in that role for the large part, and the likelihood is that Farke now sees him as a solid option for that position.
If so, that would leave Gnonto, James, Aaronson and to some extent Jack Harrison all fighting for the same role in the team.
With some PSR concerns at Leeds United emerging in the summer, they may be looking to offload some players in order to generate funds to be used in January, and it seems like the one position where they could afford an exit.
Gnonto has been linked with Saudi clubs, making his exit a certain possibility, but departures for James or Harrison can’t be ruled out either.
What do Leeds need to do in January?
First and foremost, a new striker is going to be a necessity for Leeds if they are to survive in the Premier League this season.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin has yet to impress, with Lukas Nmecha and Joel Piroe quite evidently not fancied by Farke whatsoever, based on the lack of time they have had so far this season.
Calvert-Lewin’s stats this season
- One goal
- 1.77 xG
- 68.5% pass accuracy
- 39.3% aerial duel win rate
Leeds‘ depth at full-back isn’t great either, with James Justin the only reliable, at a stretch, option that Farke has at his disposal if either Gabriel Gudmundsson or Jayden Bogle were to get injured.
They’re likely to be the two main areas that the Whites look to bolster this winter if the funds allow them to.
