Karen Carney: Three Leeds United players are close to returning from injury
Karen Carney claims that three Leeds United players are on their way back from injuries.
The Whites have been injury-ravaged all season and that played a major reason in Marcelo Bielsa losing his job.
Jesse Marsch, who is the Argentine’s successor, will hopefully have some fortune on his side if what Carney is saying is actually the case.

Speaking on the Kelly and Wrighty Show, she said, “What I’m hearing is that players are returning back from injury, I guess three of them. That’s certainly a positive for him [Jesse Marsch].”
Fantastic
Patrick Bamford has been spotted in training so that’s certainly a big injury boost for Leeds.
They have struggled for goals and that could be down to the fact that they did not have someone leading the line and running down opposition defenders.
Even Diego Llorente appears to be closing in on a return from injury, but is unlikely to be back this week.
Liam Cooper, another long-term injury worry could be on his way back to full fitness.

The club have really missed his leadership on the pitch as he’s been a brilliant organiser.
Without him, the team have looked all over the place and that’s seen them concede goals for fun in every game.
Kalvin Phillips and Leo Hjelde are two more players still out injured and hopefully the former returns to action soon.
He’s been the perfect midfield presence for the Whites and there’s nobody who can quite replace him at Elland Road.
In other Leeds United news, a former Whites midfielder has joked that he’s open to a return to Elland Road.
