Karen Carney: Leeds United got lucky in 3-2 Premier League win over Wolves
Karen Carney believes that Leeds United were lucky in their 3-2 win against Wolves on Friday night in the Premier League.
The Whites appeared down and out and half-time and faced a two-goal deficit.
However, in the second half, Raul Jimenez got a second yellow card, which was debatable, and Carney believes that he should not have been sent off.
Speaking on the Premier League Productions’ post-match show, she said, “Bit of luck with the red card there. Don’t think it was a second yellow and Leeds got lucky there. It was an amazing game to watch, though.”
Ridiculous
It took some grit and determination from this Leeds side to fight back from two goals down to win it.

Apart from that, they even had four players injured in the first hour of the game, but still managed to pick up three points.
Most teams would have folded in this situation but the players showed grit and determination.
Sam Greenwood and Charlie Cresswell showed no signs of nervousness despite it being such a big occasion.
Hopefully, the Whites can build on this and register a few more wins on the bounce.
Relegation is still a possibility and they need to be wary not to get carried away based on a few good results.
Carney, as we expect, is always looking for negatives and not crediting Leeds where she should.
In other Leeds United news, Steve McManaman claims that a Whites man has already lost the trust of fans and some players after what happened last week.
