Kalvin Phillips wants new Leeds United contract, shares talks with Andrea Radrizzani
Kalvin Phillips has finally broken his silence on potentially signing a new contract at Leeds United this season.
The Yorkshire Pirlo has insisted that he wants a new deal done and dusted, as he remains happy as ever at Elland Road.
Eurosport had reported recently that Leeds were starting to sweat over a new deal, but Phillips has shared that he is in constant deliberation with Andrea Radrizzani.
Speaking to the Daily Mail this week, Phillips finally broke his silence on a potential new deal at Elland Road.
“I just want to focus on getting back fit,” he said.
“But I speak to the owner regularly. I want a new contract. I’m very happy here.”

No excuses.
The ball is now firmly in the court of Radrizzani and the Whites.
If they have any ambition and want to go anywhere near European football with the club, keeping Phillips is the first thing they must do.
It is time for Radrizzani to give Phillips whatever he wants to sign this new deal, especially now he has publically admitted his desire to stay.
If this was to go south and the England international was to move on, we would all know that Radrizzani missed the chance to extend his contract at the most critical stage.
Phillips has laid his cards out on the table for the first time, and this has got us really excited at the potential of a new deal in the coming weeks and months.
This may be the boost that everyone needs to turn it around in the Premier League and get away from that relegation zone.
