Johnson loves what Sky Sports cameras caught Alioski doing after Leeds win v Fulham

Ezgjan Alioski is some character and must be an absolute thrill to share the dressing room with at Leeds United.

On Saturday, Leeds returned to an empty Elland Road with an emphatic 3-0 win against Fulham to take themselves top of the Championship table and eight points clear of third.

Alioski, 28, got himself on the scoresheet to help round off the win but it was his antics after the game that caught the eye of ex-Leeds player Simon Johnson.

Sky Sports’ cameras caught Alioski walking along the pitch at Elland Road and gently applauding the empty stands.

Of course, there were thousands of ‘crowdies’ that had filled the stands at Elland Road but no fans were actually there.

But that didn’t stop Alioski from being Alioski and doing something absolutely hilarious even though he probably didn’t realise anyone was watching.

Johnson spotted the North Macedonia international and wrote on his personal Twitter account: “Alioski clapping the crowd at the end. Some boy him.

The former Whites midfielder then added: “It’s happening.”

Leeds fans love Alioski because he is just such a funny guy who everyone seems to adore.

It helps that he can come off the bench and make a huge impact for Leeds too because the energy that he injects into the side is second to none at Elland Road.

We hope to see the former Lugano winger up to his antics in the Premier League next season.

And after that huge win versus Fulham, that dream is becoming more and more like reality and Alioski could become a Premier League player in the near future.
