Jeff Stelling predicts result of Leeds United clash v Arsenal for Sky Sports
Jeff Stelling has made his prediction for the Premier League clash between Arsenal and Leeds United at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday (1 April).
The Whites claimed a much needed 4-2 win over Wolves before the international break to move out of the relegation zone and up to 14th in the table, while Arsenal battered Crystal Palace to move eight points clear at the top.
And while making his predictions for Super 6 (29 March), Stelling admitted that he can’t look past another win for the Gunners while picking them to run out 2-0 winners.
“Arsenal will make it seven Premier League wins in a row as they welcome Leeds to the Emirates, maintaining their eight-point lead at the top of the table,” he wrote.
Obviously there is nobody who isn’t a Leeds fan who is expecting the Whites to get anything from this game at all, but we have to believe.

Arsenal are flying right now, but the international break may have potentially upset their rhythm and Leeds have the chance to be hard to break down and cause problems going forward with our pace on the counter.
The fact that we’re likely to be without both Wilfried Gnonto and Max Wober is a big blow undoubtedly, but we have got plenty of depth and quality in the squad to be able to cause them problems.
A defeat is expected but we can’t just sit back and accept it because of everyone else’s expectations. We need to get points on the board to get away from this relegation battle as soon as possible.
There’s arguably no better chance to get a result against Arsenal than when they’re coming back from a period apart, so we have to start fast and give our all to get something and prove Stelling and everyone else wrong.
