Jamie Shackleton raves about Leeds United winger Raphinha
Leeds United midfielder Jamie Shackleton has showered heaps of praise on Brazilian winger Raphinha.
The Whites utility talent produced arguably his best performances to date against Watford, earning rave reviews from his manager Marcelo Bielsa.
The 22-year-old kept things tight and simple and was involved in some brilliant link-up play with Raphinha.

The Brazilian winger helped the youngster out defensively while he was outstanding going forward as well.
Raphinha, who has impressed heavily for his country recently, has been a key player for Bielsa’s side since joining the club last summer.
Shackleton has praised him highly saying he is a “talented” winger, and that the Brazilian has surprised him with his bags of trickery.
“It’s nice to have a player of his quality who can find passes and find runs in front,” said Shackleton, as quoted by Yorkshire Evening Post.
“He’s someone who also works hard for the team defensively. It makes my job easier and he’s good to play with.
“I think the more time you spend with him the more you can get used to his game. Even so, there are some passes and tricks that are still a shock and surprising to me. He’s a talented player and more than capable.”
Top-quality
Leeds have struggled to maintain the high standards of last season so far, but they finally picked up their first win of the season in the Premier League, beating Watford 1-0 prior to the international break.
Raphinha has been an epitome of consistency for Leeds this season, continuing from where he left off the last term. He has managed three goals in the league already.
The Brazilian is any full-back’s dream considering the amount of hard work he puts in defensively. At the same time, he can produce moments of sublime quality and it’s hard to predict what he might do next.
Leeds will face Southampton in their next game in the Premier League after the international break and will be hoping to continue where they last left off.
