Huesca don’t want to sell Kelechi Nwakali to Leeds
Leeds United are usually credited with interest in numerous players during every single transfer window.
This year has been no different, with Huesca star Kelechi Nwakali the latest midfielder to be linked with Elland Road.
It was claimed by The Athletic that the Whites could look to pounce as the Nigerian international only has one year left on his current deal.

A new twist has emerged in the past 24 hours.
Soccernet has reported on their website that Huesca are set to snub all interest in Nwakali, who is expected to remain in Spain.
Described as a “rough diamond”, the 23-year-old is expected to have been told to hold off on his dream of Premier League football.
Nwakali returned to training on Monday after fresh rounds of COVID-19 testing opened the door to start pre-season training.

Options.
Victor Orta is certainly looking for new talent in midfield, but his immediate priorities clearly lie elsewhere.
After Kiko Casilla sealed his move back to Spain, the director of football is in discussions over a new goalkeeper, something we expect to gather speed in the next couple of weeks.
Given that Nwakali wants a return to England, he could look to fore the move, but we can’t see anyone paying the demanded £15million to Huesca [The Telegraph].
Bielsa and Leeds want a new midfielder during this window, but that will have to wait until a goalkeeper is delivered.
Nwakali looks set to stay in Spain for now, and this may be one we have to revisit further down the line, time will tell.
