Gary Neville drops Leeds United relegation view live on Sky Sports

Gary Neville believes that Leeds United are in trouble of relegation despite winning against Norwich.

Despite admitting to not watching the game on Sunday, the former Manchester United captain still believes that the Whites run the risk of facing the drop.

He believes that they were “awful” against Aston Villa and need to improve quickly as a win against the last time in the league is no real indicator.

Speaking live on Sky Sports Monday Night Football, Gary Neville said, “I think they’re in a little bit of trouble. I saw them against Aston Villa and they were awful. I didn’t see the weekend game, but you expect them to beat Norwich.”

Surprise surprise

Neville continues his rants about Leeds United without watching them play.

Despite it being only Norwich, one could see patterns in their game that was enough to prove to the neutral that the players knew what they were doing.

The Villa defeat seemed to be a one off against a better-organised team that had superior players.

Sure, Leeds are still not a hundred per cent safe and will not unless they get a couple of more wins in the bag, but for Neville to make such lazy assessments, makes no sense.

If he wants to have an opinion that people would take seriously then the least he can do is watch the games and then talk about it.

Hopefully, Leeds manage to get a decent result against Wolves before the international break.

In other Leeds United news, Steve McManaman claims that a Whites man has already lost the trust of fans and some players after what happened last week.
