Five Leeds United players training alone amid transfer speculation
Five Leeds United players are training alone and appear to be heading out of the exit door this summer, according to Leeds Live.
Nial Huggins [20], Bryce Hosannah [22], Bobby Kamwa, Jordan Stevens and Robbie Gotts [all 22] are yet to be seen in pre-season, and according to Leeds Live’s understanding, are understood to be training separately.
Kamwa [Rotherham United] and Stevens [Harrogate Town] have both trialled at northern clubs this summer without success while Blackburn Rovers have expressed interest in Huggins. Gotts and Hosannah are also “on the periphery of Bielsa’s plans”.
Time up?
This quintet is starting to get to an age where brutal decisions have to be made, and it could be best for the club and players were they all to move on before the end of the transfer window.
It remains to be seen whether permanent moves will be pursued for them all, but it looks likely that will be the case for most, though Huggins might stand a chance of just heading out on loan as the youngest.

They are all talented players in their own right, but Leeds have developed at an astronomical rate in the last year or so, and that means some players have fallen behind.
Aside from the heroics of the senior squad, the Under-23s side has enjoyed enormous success recently.
Mark Jackson’s team claimed the Premier League 2 [Division 2] title last season, with new recruits such as Joe Gelhardt, Sam Greenwood and Cody Drameh playing big roles.
The Whites have continued their youth recruitment push this summer, signing the likes of Sean McGurk [Wigan Athletic] and Lewis Bate [Chelsea], further blocking the pathway of some players.
It’s tough to say goodbye to youngsters who have been at Leeds for a long time, but it could be best to part ways for these players to further their careers.
In other Leeds United news, Fabrizio Romano claims the Whites are set to issue a major announcement.
