Fabrizio Romano shares what he has heard about Leeds winger Raphinha moving to Bayern
Fabrizio Romano has shared that no contact has been made between Leeds United and Bayern Munich over a January transfer.
The highly reputable journalist has been told that the German club are following the South American ahead of a potential move.
Romano did not completely close the book and did insist that a proposal could still be thrown at Leeds next month at some point.

Speaking on his YouTube channel on Tuesday (28th December) Romano responded to the rumours this week.
“We had rumours during this Christmas period about an imminent move to Bayern,” he said. “Someone in Brazil reported about a done deal.
“From what I’m told guys, nothing has been agreed yet between Leeds and Bayern. It’s true that Bayern and many other clubs are following Raphinha.
“We’re talking about one of the best wingers in Europe, he’s doing great with Leeds but as of now, nothing has been agreed.
“Let’s see what is next for Raphinha. Let’s see what happens in the coming days, let’s see if Bayern will make a proposal.”

Here we go.
When Romano usually jumps on a story, it really starts to develop.
Thankfully, his first real update on this scenario is that Bayern have made no contact whatsoever over bringing Raphinha in next month.
The Brazilian would surely be interested if huge clubs such as the Germans come in, and it is in the best interests of Leeds to get a new contract sorted to protect everyone.
Raphinha has been sensational since arriving and has carried us massively at times, especially this season in the Premier League.
Getting a longer-term contract sorted would mean that the Whies are guaranteed huge profit on Raphinha, and heightens the chance of him staying around.
Romano teasing that a proposal could come from Bayern next month is frightening, but surely, in no world would the Whites consider letting him go at this stage.
