David Edwards thrilled by Leeds star Dan James for Wales v Czech Republic
Leeds United winger Dan James was the hero for Wales on Friday evening as he rescued a draw against the Czech Republic.
After going one goal to the good, the Welsh threw away their lead before the Whites speedster slotted home to bring a point back home.
Dave Edwards was live on commentary during the game and was thrilled by the “wonderful” composure on show from James.

Speaking on Sky Sports last night, Edwards was wowed by James after he had previously been sloppy in parts.
“It’s Harry Wilson who plays the ball through to Dan James, who can sometimes be criticised for his end product,” he said.
“Here, he pulls out an absolutely wonderful finish, composure on his right foot, lifts the ball over Vaclik’s right leg into the bottom corner.
“It’s a big goal for Wales.”

Wonderful.
James was a constant thorn into the side of the Czech Republic’s defence all evening, as he never stopped running into the acres of space he was allowed.
Marcelo Bielsa will have been watching with a big smile, as he learned that the winger could also play centrally to great effect if needed too.
If Kieffer Moore could actually finish his chances, the Leeds man would have left with all three points and likely another assist to his name too after he laid it on a plate for the Cardiff man only to scuff his lines.
Consistent game time at Elland Road is clearly doing James the world of good compared to his time at Old Trafford, and we are only going to reap the benefits as time goes on – we can’t wait.
