Darren Bent says Marcelo Bielsa will leave Leeds United
Darren Bent has suggested on talkSPORT that Marcelo Bielsa will leave Leeds United at the end of the season.
The Whites are struggling badly with injuries, illness and suspension, and Bielsa fielded a weakened side in the 4-1 defeat against Arsenal.
Bielsa’s future is always being speculated in the media as he keeps on penning only one-year contract extensions after every season.
Bent said on talkSPORT: “Yes, I would like to see Bielsa at times a bit more pragmatic. Change his tactics a little bit, don’t be so gung-ho, man for man all over the pitch.
“I think this will be the end of his time at Leeds at the end of the season. He has been at Leeds longer than elsewhere.”

The Argentine guided the team to the top half of the Premier League table last season, but they are struggling to replicate that form.
There is a genuine fear that his tenure at Elland Road is coming to an end.
A lot has been said about Bielsa’s style, and he has been heavily grilled by pundits after recent heavy defeats.
There is a perception that Bielsa doesn’t take a pragmatic approach and play defensively against top teams in the league.
Leeds are known for their cavalier approach, but it has come at a cost this season, especially with so many key players missing.
It’s really difficult to see how they will cope with the injuries, and probably Bielsa needs to delve into the transfer market as a remedy.
Bielsa is loved and adored by Leeds fans. Despite the recent defeats, the Whites fans showed tremendous support for their manager and the players.
Leeds are wilting under pressure, no doubt, but they should get better when their key players – Liam Cooper, Patrick Bamford, and Kavin Phillips – return to action.
