Curtis Woodhouse sends tweet to Leeds United fans about Marcelo Bielsa

Curtis Woodhouse has sent a bizarre tweet to Leeds United fans asking them if they think Marcelo Bielsa is under pressure.

The former footballer turned boxer tweeted on his personal account and questioned the Argentine’s future at Elland Road.

This tweet followed on from the Whites’ 2-1 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur that left them in 17th place two points above the drop zone.

However, Leeds were excellent in the first half and were unfortunate not to leave north London with something.

He said: “Is Bielsa under pressure? Leeds fans?”

Odd question.

The results might not have been brilliant this season, and neither have some performances; however, the Whites are starting to look more and more like their old selves.

In the game before the international break against Leicester City, they were fantastic and probably should have won the game.

Then on Sunday, Leeds performed well and were also without Raphinha and Rodrigo as well as Patrick Bamford and Luke Ayling.

So, we don’t see why Bielsa would be under any pressure at the moment, performances are improving, and if they play as they did against Spurs, they will start picking up points in no time.

We can see why Woodhouse asked this because, as it stands, the Whites are in a bit of danger, but we don’t see why anyone at Leeds should be worried yet.

Once players return, the Whites will surge up the table and finish comfortably clear of the relegation zone; it really is that simple.
