Crysencio Summerville could get first Leeds start v Liverpool – Graham Smyth
Crysencio Summerville could get his first Premier League start for Leeds United against Liverpool on Sunday.
That’s according to Graham Smyth, who has shared that all eyes will be on Jack Harrison and his fitness after leaving the pitch against Arsenal.
It has been confirmed since that the attacker suffered a dead leg, but could still miss the trip to Merseyside on Boxing Day.

Writing for the Yorkshire Evening Post, Smyth shared that it would be a “huge” call for Marcelo Bielsa to make.
“There may well be an argument that with Harrison going through such a rough patch in terms of beating defenders and producing end product, Summerville could be worth a shot,” he wrote.
“But it would be a huge call to pit the 20-year-old against one of what Gary Neville has described as the best full-back pairing in Premier League history. “

Huge.
As much as we would love to see another academy talent starting for the Whites, this just isn’t the game for it to happen.
We have everything crossed that Harrison will be available, with the need for senior players through the roof right now.
Bielsa simply can’t afford to have another injury problem, and hopefully, the dead leg picked up against Arsenal has softened.
Liverpool are one of the best in the world and tore us apart at Elland Road in the reverse fixture, so throwing in an untested academy player would be harsh unless it is necessary.
All eyes will be on the teamsheet on Boxing Day, as we finally hope to get some positive news on the injury front – we won’t be holding our breath.
In other Leeds United news, the Whites are ready to make major January signings with unexpected deals to force action
