Chris Sutton rages at Bruno Fernandes antics in Leeds defeat v Manchester United
Chris Sutton has destroyed Bruno Fernandes for his antics in the Leeds clash against Manchester United on Sunday (20 February).
Adam Forshaw cleanly won the ball before Raphinha’s equaliser in the 4-2 defeat, but the Portuguese man was left whinging on the floor.
Sutton emptied both barrels on Fernandes, handing him the Simulation award on his BBC show with Robbie Savage.
Speaking live on BBC Radio 5 Live last night (20 February), Sutton wasn’t afraid to destroy Fernandes with plenty of puns.
“The winner of this week’s simulation game at Felland Road today, Bruno, Bru- no no no,” he said. “The man from Portu-fall.
“Bruno Fernandes, come on you’re better than that, just stop it. Stop it – we’ll keep calling you out.”

Awful.
From the officials to Fernandes, to Scott McTominay somehow not being sent off, it was an embarrassing afternoon for most.
Leeds weren’t afraid to get stuck in, and they didn’t moan once, unlike the entire Red Devils side at Elland Road, who must be the most embarrassing set of players we have seen in years.
After every single little jostle, they were in the officials faces trying to get cards, and nearly in tears, despite being worst themselves.
Robin Koch was left bloodied and concussed in a collision, yet didn’t moan once, Fernandes was tackled and had tears in his eyes alongside the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Premier League is quickly becoming embarrassing with these sorts of antics every single week, and something has to be done to stop it.
Get on with it, and if you don’t like it, don’t play a contact sport such as football, it is beyond pathetic.
