Ally McCoist drools over Marcelo Bielsa after Laura Woods’ Leeds United admission

Ally McCoist has been left drooling over Marcelo Bielsa after Leeds United walked away with all three points from West Ham.

The Whites had only one senior player on the bench in the shape of Rodrigo but didn’t apply for the game being postponed.

Laura Woods shared that she quizzed Bielsa on the matter, admitting that he didn’t moan one little bit.

Speaking live on talkSPORT this morning, McCoist responded to Woods’ admission from the London Stadium.

“I enjoy Bielsa,” he said. “I think this just another tick in his box, honestly, I really do.

“He could have mumped and moaned and said ‘look at our bench’ but he just gets on with, and do you know something? He ends up with his team putting in one of the better performances this season.

“It was a great result at a club that are doing really, really well.”

One of a kind.

There will be no-one like Bielsa, ever.

El Loco has transformed this club from top to bottom, and he continues to lead the way for the rest of the Premier League as postponements continue to rise.

Look at Arsenal and Burnley this week, both clubs getting their games postponed despite their under-23s completing fixtures at the same time.

Leeds have used those under-23 players, with Lewis Bate and Leo Hjelde making their Premier League debuts at the London Stadium.

Despite that, we still managed to walk away with all three points from a side pushing for Champions League football.

Clubs need to start looking at the Whites and Bielsa, with there surely being no more excuses for games to be called off unless for extreme measures.
