'Absolutely shocking' - Many Leeds fans fume over 'ridiculous' ticket update

The ticket prices that Leeds United charge have been a massive talking point for many involved in the EFL this season.

Andrea Radrizzani has currently set prices for games at Elland Road at £39, and it was Reading who made a big deal about that in the build-up to the clash in February.

What wasn’t mentioned in that was the fact that many other Championship clubs charge similar prices – take Sheffield Wednesday for example.

Blackburn Rovers have released their ticket prices for the upcoming clash in April, revealing that away tickets will cost £40 for travelling adults.

Now, the difference between Whites fans and others is that Ewood Park will still be taken over by a travelling sea of fans from Yorkshire for the Friday night outing.

Many Leeds fans have still fumed at the update on Leeds’ official Twitter account, with the majority claiming that it is absolutely ridiculous to all of a sudden change their prices.

MOT Leeds News have picked out some of the best reactions below…

While those fans fumed at the update, some did claim that Leeds have actually brought those prices on themselves with their own charges.

Some also made it clear that it will make no difference, and that the Whites will be backed by over 7000 fans.
