Super Computer makes Leeds United relegation prediction after Southampton clash
Leeds United are predicted to avoid the drop despite dropping two points against Southampton in the Premier League on Saturday.
The Whites and the Saints played out a 1-1 draw and that ended Jesse Marsch’s side’s two-game winning run in the league.
After the game, they find themselves in 16th place – eight points clear of Watford who are in 18th.

According to FiveThirtyEight’s Super Computer, they will not be finishing in the bottom as they’re expected to end up in the same position as they currently sit.
Despite a predicted resurgence for Burnley, they will not finish higher than 18th – with 33 points to Leeds’ 36.
Safe?
Each point gets Leeds closer to safety, especially with sides around them losing matches.
Burnley and Watford both lost while Norwich could only manage a draw against Brighton.
Had Leeds won against Southampton, they would be close to the number that FiveThirtyEight predicts for them to stay up.

However, Jesse Marsch will not be looking at the table just yet as there are things left to do.
The American came in when fans were upset and it’s now on him to keep the Whites up to bring back smiles on the faces of the Elland Road faithful.
Next up, it’s Watford and three points in that game would surely mean that the Whites are just one or two points away from assuring safety for next season.
In other Leeds United news, the Whites are leading the race to complete a major signing and have already opened talks to seal a £25m deal.
