Richard Keys spots Leeds United player injury in defeat vs Tottenham
Leeds suffered a harsh loss to Tottenham in Saturday’s early kick-off.
Leeds performed well despite the 2-1 defeat, and Daniel Farke can’t be too mad at his team’s display.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin let Leeds down in front of goal, and the Tottenham centre-halves dealt with the forward with relative ease.
There was a contentious moment against Tottenham that went for Leeds, as they fought back into the game through Noah Okafor‘s equaliser, but it just wasn’t to be at Elland Road.

Richard Keys spots an injury to Noah Okafor
Okafor’s goal wasn’t enough to earn Leeds a point, and the Swiss international appears to have picked up a knock in the game.
Speaking over live footage at half-time, Richard Keys said live on beIN SPORTS: “Okafor is limping down the tunnel there.”
Joining from AC Milan in the summer, the left-sided forward has scored two goals in four starts in the Premier League but could be set for a stint out of the action.

This isn’t the first time Okafor has been spotted limping, having also done so against Wolves and Bournemouth.
A slight bit of optimism for Leeds fans is that he did start the next game after both occasions.
The international break will also give Okafor some much-needed rest as he misses out on a call-up to the Switzerland national team.
Noah Okafor needs to stay fit
The game against Spurs just further highlighted, Farke’s need to find a consistent goalscorer.
Okafor could be that for Leeds.
Stats | Okafor |
Goals | 2 |
Shots on target per gane | 0.4 |
Goal conversion % | 33% |
Although struggling for most of his time in Italy and the Serie A for both Napoli and AC Milan, Okafor seems to have come into his own in England.
He leads Farke’s squad in goals, goal contributions and successful dribbles (per match), according to Sofascore.
Able to play off the left and through the middle, Okafor has been and will continue to be vital as Leeds continue their fight to stay up, but he needs to stay fit and the Whites should wrap him up in cotton wool if they can.
