Noah Okafor impressed for Leeds United against Wolves, but a concern emerged after his withdrawal.

Leeds secured an emphatic 3-1 victory away to Wolves on Saturday afternoon, with three different players getting on the score sheet.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin scored his first goal for Leeds since joining in the summer, as did Okafor, to all but seal the win for the Whites after just 45 minutes.

However, Beren Cross spotted something concerning after the Swiss international was substituted in the second half.

Leeds may have Noah Okafor concern as forward limps off at Molineux

Okafor was just one of several players who impressed for Leeds in their win against Wolves, though they may actually feel as though they could have scored more against a side that looked hopeless.

Nevertheless, it was a brilliant result for the Whites, and a momentous occasion for Okafor, who scored his first Leeds goal.

However, after being withdrawn in the second half, Cross noticed that the forward was limping down the touchline, with a post shared on X.

Okafor has had injury concerns before arriving at Leeds, and has already suffered one with the Whites.

After getting off the mark, Farke will not want to see this concern amount to anything of a serious nature, though the early signs suggest that it won't.

Leeds need to keep Noah Okafor fit

Wolves have been dreadful this season, but you can only play against what is in front of you.

Okafor was brilliant for the Whites in the 70 minutes he was on the pitch, and provided a constant threat for his side down the left flank.

Okafor's stats vs Wolves

  • Six dribbles completed
  • One goal scored from 0.15 xG
  • Eight ground duels won

It isn't an area that Leeds are blessed in for options, with Jack Harrison next in line should Okafor drop out of the side for any reason.

If Farke can keep him fit and ensure that he keeps getting minutes, he will produce the goods on the pitch, just as he did against Wolves.
