Leeds United relegation prediction made by Super Computer after Premier League loss v Liverpool

Leeds United are predicted to stay in the Premier League despite conceding 11 goals in their last two games v Crystal Palace and Liverpool.

The Whites followed the 5-1 defeat at Elland Road to Crystal Palace with a 6-1 drubbing at the hands of Liverpool.

While they remain outside the drop zone, their goal difference has taken a major hit of -10 over the last two game weeks.

FiveThirtyEight’s Super Computer still sees them finishing in 16th place with 36 points to their name – three more than Everton in 18th.

Next three games key

It was always going to be difficult to get anything from Liverpool, so the result is not going to hurt Leeds’ faith too much.

The manner of the defeat is undoubtedly what will upset the fans and Javi Gracia knows that this cannot be the approach for the coming games.

They face Fulham next who do not have much left to play for this season and that’s the perfect opportunity for them to go out and pick up the three points.

After that, they’ve got two back-to-back six pointers against Leicester City and Bournemouth and they have to pick up a win and a draw at the bare minimum from those.

Hopefully, these two games were an aberration and not the beginning of the end as things were looking good for Gracia before that.

Next Saturday at Craven Cottage is going to be one of the most important games of the season and Leeds have to show up for it.
