Marcelo Bielsa has confirmed that Leeds United defender Robin Koch has suffered a fresh injury blow in the 3-1 defeat against Chelsea.
The German international was reportedly a doubt before the trip to Stamford Bridge after missing numerous training sessions through the week.
It was a tough blow midway through the first half when Koch had to be replaced by debutant Diego Llorente after a clash from a corner.
Bielsa confirmed after the game that it was indeed a fresh blow that forced Koch to leave the field, leaving Leeds with another injury problem.
Leeds Live journalist Beren Cross relayed the news from the post-match press conference on his personal Twitter account.

The 24-year-old didn’t look comfortable leaving the pitch, and it was obviously a big gamble by Bielsa in the first place to start him.
Chelsea are as dynamic as anyone in the Premier League, and that pressure could have been too much to handle for Koch.
Koch has started every Premier League game this season since arriving from Freiburg, and on the whole, he has impressed.
The defender has averaged the highest number of interceptions per game according to WhoScored and will face a race against the clock to feature against West Ham on Friday.
Llorente appeared to get through the clash unscathed and will look to rack up a number of starts at Elland Road now he has been given a way into the starting XI.
