Lee Hendrie hits out at Dan James in Leeds United win v Swansea
Leeds United star Daniel James has been blasted by Lee Hendrie for a poor cross despite the unbelievable 4-3 win against Swansea on Sunday.
The Whites produced a remarkable comeback victory to move to the summit of the Championship on 24 November, with James turning things around with three assists.
The Sky Sports pundit was not impressed initially after a moment to forget, but the Welsh speedster was the difference to pick up an incredible three points.
Speaking live on Sky Sports [15:35], Hendrie said: “It’s poor, it really is from Dan James.
“He was in acres of space.”
Dan James incredible for Leeds United
The 27-year-old enjoyed a spectacular campaign last season for the Whites, notching 13 goals and seven assists.
However, he has not hit those same heights this year, scoring just two goals and assisting one in 10 league matches.
He smashed those numbers on one afternoon in South Wales, setting up three and terrorising the home defence and his former side all afternoon.
His spot in the starting XI could have been under threat with Largie Ramazani returning to fitness after an ankle injury, but not after this display.

The Belgian forward started the last three games before his injury on the left wing, with Wilfried Gnonto forced onto the right and Brenden Aaronson in attacking midfield.
The Welshman has taken a spot on the right side in the absence of Ramazani with Manor Solomon starting on the other side and Gnonto coming off the bench for the winner.
The former Manchester United winger must keep this up if he is to keep his place in the starting XI, which is surely guaranteed this week, even despite the “poor” start.
