Jeff Stelling shocked by Jesse Marsch as Leeds United survive v Brentford
Jeff Stelling could not believe his eyes at Jesse Marsch towards the end of the huge Leeds United win against Brentford on Sunday evening.
The Whites were drawing against the Bees, and the American rushed to get the ball back to his players for a throw-in despite currently staying in the league.
It worked in the end as Jack Harrison smashed home the winner to leave it beyond doubt that it would be Burnley who drop into the Championship next season.

Speaking live on Sky Sports this afternoon [22 May, 5:52 pm], Stelling could not believe his eyes at what the Leeds boss was spotted doing.
“I could hardly believe my eyes,” he said.
“The ball goes out Jesse Marsch throws him the ball back.”

Wow.
It certainly worked in the end, with Brentford not being able to cope with that intensity.
First, Kristoffer Ajer went off injured after they had used all three of their subs, and then Sergi Canos was shown his marching orders for two yellow cards in less than a minute.
Leeds then used that to their advantage and put it beyond doubt when Harrison smashed home the winner to make sure that even a late Burnley goal meant nothing.
Stelling had a good point, but it wasn’t as shocking as he was making out.
What an evening and end to the season this has been, and we already can’t wait to come back and do it all again next season in the Premier League.
Marsch will be at the helm and he will be the driving force behind us hopefully not having to be put in this position yet again where we are fighting for our lives.
