Daniel Farke must take Sam Byram off at HT after what he did for Leeds United v QPR
Daniel Farke was forced to start Sam Byram for Leeds United against Queens Park Rangers after the suspension of Junior Firpo.
The Dominican was suspended for three games by the FA on 9 November for an altercation in the 1-0 loss to Millwall on 6 November.
Byram came into the starting lineup against the Hoops in the Championship on 9 November but found it difficult in the first half, picking up a yellow card in the opening minutes and committing fouls since to put him on thin ice at the break.
Daniel Farke needs to change Sam Byram in Leeds United v QPR
With a slim 1-0 advantage after Jayden Bogle found the back of the net, the Whites can’t afford to go down a player in the second half.
QPR have not been the best-attacking outfit this season, and their best chance came from a set-piece given away by Byram.
Farke should make a pre-emptive decision and take off the left-back, although the German manager doesn’t have a lot of options on the bench.

Maximilian Wober is on the bench, but Isaac Schmidt needs to be given the chance to prove why he was signed over the summer and this could be perfect.
Farke must change up the system and take Byram off to ensure that defensive solidity, with a big three points nearly in the bag ahead of the international break.
