Daniel Farke has made three changes to his Leeds United starting lineup for the clash against Queens Park Rangers in the Championship.

The Whites confirmed their lineup on X [9 November], as they look to bounce back after their 1-0 defeat against Millwall on 6 November.

The FA announced via X [9 November] that Junior Firpo has been suspended for three games after an altercation with Danny McNamara against Millwall.

As a result, Sam Byram has replaced the Dominican in the side, while Manor Solomon and Mateo Joseph come in for Daniel James and Joel Piroe.

Leeds United need win over Queens Park Rangers

The defeat to Millwall was a huge blow in Leeds' bid to close the gap at the top of the table with Sunderland and Sheffield United.

The Whites also need to look over their shoulder now, with the chasing pack hunting them down in the Championship.

Byram has done well whenever Farke has called upon him, and the absence of Firpo shouldn't have a detrimental effect on the defence.

Up front, Farke seems to have been left with a sour taste in his mouth after the Millwall loss and has brought in Solomon and Piroe.

QPR are in a rut at the moment, sitting 23rd in the table with just one win so far, and fans expect the Peacocks to ease past the Marti Cifuentes' team.

Leeds were eight games unbeaten before the defeat at Millwall and the game at Elland Road is a perfect opportunity for them to get back to winning ways.

QPR have one of the worst defences in the league, and their attack isn't fearsome, which makes it a must-win for Farke.

Defeat against a relegation-threatened side will only lead to questions being asked about the Whites' ability to be promoted back to the Premier League.
