'Body language is shocking', 'Totally lost' – Many Leeds fans savage one outfield ace v Crawley
After Marcelo Bielsa said he was putting out a strong side to face Crawley, we started dreaming of a long cup run for Leeds United.
We’ve even got to confess that we put a small bet on Leeds to win the FA Cup at 33/1.
How silly do we look this morning?
Leeds didn’t just get beaten by Crawley, we got dismembered. Losing 3-0 to a League Two team is scarcely believably, but this wasn’t a lucky result.
Crawley were the better team for the majority of the game and very few Leeds players did themselves justice.
One player who was really out of sorts was Pablo Hernandez, starting in the number 10 position with Rodrigo starting up top.
He’s had a tough season, with fitness issues and getting dropped for a petulant reaction to getting subbed off against Leicester.
This was his chance to show his quality but he had a terrible game. Nothing he tried seemed to come off, long-range shots ballooned over the bar, passes were misplaced.
Plenty of Leeds fans criticised him on Twitter, with one saying that his body language was shocking: “Pablo walking around the pitch moaning again.”

It was a watershed for some fringe players today. Shack again didn’t do it from midfield. Pablo looks totally lost. Costa has no confidence & even less desire. The jury is out on Rodrigo and the jury returned a verdict on Casilla both the player and the man a long time ago. #lufc

Shocking all round tiday and thought everyone was poor, even Pablo. When were in the Chsmpionship I said Kiko was not up to it and today confirmed that. As soon as I saw his name I knew we would lose. @lufc show the FA Cup no respect and haven't done for years #lufc

bielsa absolutely got it wrong today, everyone on that pitch should be ashamed though! especially the likes of pablo, costa, phillips etc, the lads who play week in week out for us!
