Leroy Rosenior shares what he noticed about Marsch during Leeds United v Leicester
Leroy Rosenior admits that he's already starting to love Jesse Marsch being in charge of Leeds United.
The American managed his first game in the Premier League and ended up losing 1-0 against Leicester City.
However, there were plenty of positives to take from it and Rosenior, who works as a Sky Sports pundit, was quick to point them out.
He said on the Premier League Analytics Show, "I'm starting to love him [Jesse Marsch]. Great organisation and it was unfortunate they didn't find the back of the net. The player's body language is all the same. Fantastic effort from them."
Good early signs
Marsch may not have enjoyed a win in his first game in charge, but there were signs about what he's trying to do.
From seeing the team playing gung ho for 90 minutes and without any organisation under Marcelo Bielsa, there was some structure to the side here.
The style of football was far from boring and on another day, Leeds would've won this by two or three goals.
Marsch must stick to his ideologies but must not be unwilling to shuffle things around.
Bielsa was married to his philosophies and playing style and that led to his detriment.
Hopefully, the American is not that way and tends to be pragmatic when it's needed and possibly, the injuries will also be fewer under his tutelage.
