Leeds United have six pre-season friendlies to look forward to before their Premier League campaign gets underway.

The Whites enoyed a successful return to the top flight last season, but they will be looking to go one step further in the next campaign.

Recruitment plans will be the main focus in regard to the preparation, though pre-season will have just as vital a role.

Several fringe players will look to stake a claim for their place in the squad, while Daniel Farke may also look to tinker tactically in games that hold no meaning.

And fortunately for him, he will have plenty of opportunities to do so.

The Whites are edging closer to the start of pre-season, in which they will have six encounters.

Who are Leeds confirmed to be playing in pre-season?

The Whites' pre-season will get underway in the United States, when they take on Championship side Wrexham in Tampa.

That game will take place at 12:30am on Saturday 25 July, with the Raymond James Stadium set to host.

Five days later, Leeds and Sunderland lock horns again, this time in New Jersey.

Like the encounter with Wrexham, that will kick off at 12:30am at the Sports Illustrated Stadium.

Their American tour comes to an end on Sunday 2 August, when they face Liverpool at Soldier Field in Chicago, with a 9pm kick-off time scheduled.

German outfits RB Leipzig and FC Augsburg make the trip to Elland Road after that on 8 August and 15 August, with an encounter with Man United sandwiched in between on 12 August.

That will take place at 7:30pm, with the game set to be played at Croke Park in Dublin.

How to watch Leeds' pre-season fixtures

The Whites have yet to release ticketing information for any of their pre-season encounters, though that is expected in due course.

With their entire schedule now confirmed, it is likely to be sooner rather than later.

As for those looking to watch from home, Leeds have streamed their pre-season fixtures in the past live on LUFC TV.

It seems likely that will be the case again this time round, albeit unconfirmed by the club.
