Leeds Super Fans want Charlie Cresswell starting v West Ham

Leeds United welcome West Ham to Elland Road on Saturday as they return to Premier League action.

The Whites will be buoyed by their penalty shootout win over Fulham in the Carabao Cup in midweek with a young side.

Marcelo Bielsa may not have many options to change that side available to him, with defensive injuries sky high at the moment.

One academy star that stood out at Craven Cottage was Charlie Cresswell.

The central defender was immense against a strong Fulham side and topped most of the charts in his display.

Cresswell made the most passes, and won the most duels of any player on the entire pitch that night and staked his claim for a Premier League debut [LUFCDATA].

Liam Cooper is guaranteed to start, but with Diego Llorente, Pascal Struijk, Robin Koch and Luke Ayling all having problems, there is a space available.

We asked our esteemed panel of MOT Super Fans this week if Cresswell should be the man to start at Elland Road, and the response was overwhelming.

They all wanted the young colossal in the side, with one even going as far to describe him as "class" ahead of potential Premier League debut.
