Leeds United predicted XI vs West Ham: Daniel Farke calls on Lukas Nmecha as squad decimated
Leeds United are looking to end their season on a high this weekend, as they take on West Ham United at the London Stadium.
It has been a fantastic season for the Whites, who have secured another season of top-flight football in convincing fashion.
Unbeaten in eight since returning from the international break, Daniel Farke’s side are in scintillating form.
It was not the prettiest last time out against Brighton, but Leeds got the job done as they so often do at Elland Road, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin netting a late winner.
Making the trip down to East London, the West Yorkshire outfit are looking to close their campaign with another win.

Daniel Farke’s options limited ahead of West Ham clash
Leeds have been impacted by a series of injuries, with the talismanic Anton Stach suffering an ankle injury in the Brighton win.
The German is just a doubt for now, but he may miss Sunday’s clash ahead of a potential World Cup appearance.
| Anton Stach | Premier League 2025-26 |
| Games (starts) | 29 (28) |
| Goals/assists | 5/3 |
| Passing accuracy | 77% |
| Tackles per game | 2.2 |
| Free-kicks scored | 3/8 |
| Sofascore rating | 7.14 |
As a result, a slight formation tweak may be in order for Farke, seeing striker Lukas Nmecha come in to partner Calvert-Lewin, while Brenden Aaronson slots in the hole behind.
Nmecha was hailed as “ice-cold” by Farke earlier in the season and has six Premier League goal to his name.
James Justin and Daniel James could continue in the wing-back roles, with Jayden Bogle and Gabriel Gudmundsson both sidelined.

At the back, Sebastiaan Bornauw continues to partner Jaka Bijol and Joe Rodon, with Pascal Struijk remaining on the sidelines.
Ilia Gruev, Pascal Struijk and Noah Okafor are all definitely out for a depleted Leeds side.
While Leeds do have nothing but pride to play for, Farke will look to make the best out of the occasion, capping off the season with a win against West Ham.
West Ham game does have importance for Leeds
With the final round approaching, the chance is there for Leeds to end what has been a magnificent season on a high.
Adapting and growing as the season has progressed, the Whites have taken to life in the Premier League like a duck to water, and have looked a seasoned top flight outfit across recent months.
Now, though, the pressure is on Farke and the club to build on this, and begin fighting further up the standings next term.
Leeds failed to push on in their last Premier League stay, and need to work tirelessly to avoid the same fate.
Ending the current term on a high and carrying momentum into the summer will be huge, emphasising the importance of a strong display in East London.
