Leeds United are desperate to get back to domestic action.

The Whites have made a seriously impressive start to the 2025/2026 Premier League campaign.

So far, Leeds have beaten Nottingham Forest and Newcastle United, while drawing with Brighton, Brentford, and Crystal Palace.

Consequently, Daniel Farke's side are fifth in the Premier League, with nine points from those five games.

The first international break, an extended one combining the September and October windows, put a pause to Leeds' momentum.

Next Saturday, though, Leeds are back in action with a tricky trip to champions Arsenal, who may be boosted by a triple injury boost.

Arsenal injury news emerges before Leeds United clash

Leeds may need to be aware of the wounded animal when they face Mikel Arteta's side.

Arsenal were beaten comfortably 3-0 by Brighton prior to the international break, having started the season with four straight league wins.

The Gunners were contending with several defensive injuries for the game against the Seagulls.

But new training footage released by Arsenal suggests those issues could be easing prior to Leeds heading to Emirates Stadium.

Former Leeds loanee Ben White and Cristhian Mosquera missed the Brighton game entirely but where spotted in the session.

Piero Hincapie was an unused substitute against the Seagulls, but did not link up with Ecuador over the international break.

However, he too was spotted training with the senior pros not away with their countries.

Leeds handed early Arsenal boost as Christos Tzolis one of nine doubts for Premier League return

What is Leeds' record against Arsenal like?

Leeds fared pretty miserably in their two Premier League contests against Arteta's outfit last season.

The Whites were hammered 5-0 at the Emirates back in August 2025, while the reverse fixture at Elland Road ended in a 4-0 loss in January this year.

Indeed, in the four Premier League seasons Leeds have played since 2020, their record in the top flight is one draw and seven defeats.

You have to go all the way back to May 2003 for Leeds' last win over Arsenal, that coming in a 3-2 victory at Highbury.

Harry Kewell and Ian Harte were on target, before Mark Viduka scored Leeds' winner in the 88th minute.
