Leeds United are set to play host to Crystal Palace in yet another Elland Road clash.

Premier League action returns to LS11 on Sunday less than a week after the last outing.

Daniel Farke's side will be keen to build on their stellar 4-1 win against Newcastle United.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Noah Okafor made all the difference on Monday in an impressive performance.

The Eagles will be in a similar mindset after their midweek Europa League win against Lech Poznan.

Both Leeds and Palace will be hopeful of three points as we assess the injury latest of both sides.

Leeds United still without Joe Rodon

There hasn't been too many concerns for the Yorkshire outfit to deal with so far this campaign.

Ilia Gruev has represented a concern, but is now on his way back to match fitness.

The Bulgarian started for under-21s in midweek as he got some much-needed minutes under his belt.

It doesn't look as if he'll be ready to feature against Palace, but is nearing a return.

There are now only two main problems that are impacting Farke's plans at Elland Road.

Both Mateo Joseph and Joe Rodon remain sidelined as has been the case for weeks.

The Spaniard is unlikely to return until the new year after doing his ACL, while the centre-back is suffering with a thigh injury.

Nothing new for the Whites to deal with, while Palace deal with more frustrating issues.

Will Dean Henderson be available for Crystal Palace?

The Eagles are missing three regulars right now, which is impacting Pierre Sage's efforts.

Chadi Riad looks set to be out for the season with a knee issue, while Jean-Philippe Mateta and Dean Henderson have been hit with shorter-term problems.

The latter two won't be available until after the international break as they deal with respective thigh and foot injuries.

Palace are also set to be without Axel Disasi due to suspension after his straight red card against Ipswich Town last time around.

It leaves Sage struggling with defensive options as he prepares to travel to Elland Road on Sunday.
