It's "highly probable" that Sasa Lukic leaves Torino in January according to TorinoGranata, with Leeds United in the mix for his signature.

Lukic is expected to head for the exit at Torino over the winter after failing to negotiate a contract extension with the Serie A since.

The Serbian midfielder has spent six years in Italy but is on the brink of leaving, and a Premier League move looks likely after he finishes the World Cup campaign with his nation.

"His departure in January seems highly probable after the summer frictions and the renewal of the contract that hasn't arrived yet," reports Italian outlet TorinoGranata.

"It wouldn't be a leap in quality if not in salary, but after the World Cup he will evaluate everything."

Klich replacement?

It seems more and more likely that Mateusz Klich will leave Elland Road in January. The Polish midfielder has been a loyal servant for Leeds over the past five years, and he was particularly important in the promotion season under Marcelo Bielsa.

However, TeamTALK revealed that the 32-year-old is unhappy at the club amid a lack of game time. He's fallen down the pecking order under Jesse Marsch and is yet to start a Premier League game this season.

So if Klich is on his way out, it's hardly surprising that Marsch is already looking at midfield replacements. Tyler Adams and Marc Roca have formed a formidable partnership in the heart of midfield but if either becomes absent or injured then the drop in quality is alarming.

Susa would add some quality depth to the side and allow Marsch to rotate his squad much more in a hectic second half of the season.

If a cheap deal becomes available, expect Leeds to be first in line.
