'It will hurt' - Sky Sports pundit predicts upcoming Leeds clash v QPR

David Prutton has predicted that Leeds United will draw 1-1 when they travel to Queens Park Rangers on Saturday.

The former Whites midfielder has claimed that panic could have set in at Elland Road recently, with Marcelo Bielsa’s men having only won once in their previous six league games.

Prutton has also predicted that there could be a hangover for Queens Park Rangers after they were swept aside by Brentford last time out.

“It’s safe to say QPR were blown away by Brentford last Saturday. It will happen to a few teams for the rest of the season, but it will hurt that much more because it was their fierce rivals inflicting it,” he wrote in his Sky Sports column.

“Leeds have stuttered of late and their fans will be starting to worry that they could repeat the slump that saw them falter last season. Draw here for me.”

Bielsa was quick to turn away any claims that London isn’t a good hunting ground for Leeds recently, but the proof is there to see.

Leeds haven’t won in the capital since 2017, but that was against QPR and what would be better than doing that again to give the Whites another kick in the right direction.

A point wouldn’t be the worst result, but with the chasing pack closing in, three points have to become a must for Bielsa.
