Sunderland ace Trai Hume fitness verdict shared as Leeds United eye transfer

Leeds United target Trai Hume is likely to adapt well to life in the Premier League as well, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.

The injury expert claims that the 22-year-old has shown an exceptional level of fitness playing all 46 games in the Championship last season.

Belfast Telegraph reported before the end of the 2023/24 season that the Whites want to sign him with Sunderland demanding £8million.

Speaking exclusively to MOT Leeds NewsBrar, a specialist in Physical Therapy and Sports Scientist, said about Hume:

Looks to have superb fitness and habits which always bodes well for a move to a higher intensity league as Leeds will be signing players with the assumption of them being ready for the Premier League.

That being said, it’s not a guarantee.

However, he’s proven his worth in the Championship and playing all 46 games last season is exceptional.

Leeds United must look to bring Trai Hume to Elland Road

Hume would be a good signing for Leeds due to his versatility, playing both at right-back as well and left-back.

At 22, he has shown consistency and potential, making him a valuable asset.

The Whites need reinforcements in defence, especially with Archie Gray and Diego Llorente leaving and also Connor Roberts’ loan spell ending.

Hume’s experience in the Championship and his ability to adapt to different roles makes him a promising addition.
