Paul Robinson reacts as Leeds United postponements rise in Premier League
Paul Robinson has insisted that Leeds United having two Premier League games postponed massively works in their favour this week.
The ex-Whites stopper believes that his former side now has the chance to welcome back some of their injured contingents.
Leeds have seen games with Liverpool and Aston Villa postponed due to COVID-19, with Burnley our likely next opponents on Sunday (2nd January).

“It hugely works in their favour,” he exclusively told MOT Leeds News.
“You’d like to think that it gives them time to get some injuries back with the COVID situation, you don’t wish it on anyone.
“They’ve had to close the training ground so they’ve been hit by quite a few cases, but saying that you have to hope everyone is safe and well.
“Regarding fixture wise and getting injured players back, it came at a really good time for Leeds.”

Needed.
Marcelo Bielsa admitted that he would never want any game to be postponed regardless of his situation, but even he must have been somewhat relieved this week.
Things were getting bad at Elland Road, and games were becoming embarrassing to watch as much as we hate to say it.
Robinson is right, hopefully, there will be some who can now return from injury early in terms of games played with two out of the way.
If lucky, the Whites could welcome back the likes of Dan James, Pascal Struijk, Rodrigo and Patrick Bamford sooner rather than later.
