Exclusive: Paul Robinson claims Leeds ace playing himself into permanent move to top PL side
We’re delighted to welcome former England goalkeeper Paul Robinson as our exclusive columnist. Each week he’ll be giving his views on the biggest talking points at Leeds…
Paul Robinson has claimed that Ben White has been the best signing Leeds have made this year but added he was playing so well the club might miss out on signing him on a permanent deal.
Robinson thinks that the centre-back will end up at a top Premier League club.
Talking exclusively to MOT Leeds news, Robinson said, “I think White has been the best signing that Leeds made this year.
“He’s comfortable with the ball at his feet, he’s quick, he makes good decisions. I think he was a very, very acute signing.
“The thing is I think everybody can see that now and I think his price tag would have gone up and you’re going to have trouble buying him permanently.

“I think his performances, he’s playing himself right out of a permanent move to Leeds, and he will probably end up somewhere at the top of the Premier League.”
White had never played as high as the Championship before joining Leeds in the summer, with previous loan stints coming in Leagues One and Two.
He’s been an ever-present in the side this season, playing all 14 Championship and two EFL Cup games under Marcelo Bielsa.
HIs loan deal lasts until the end of the season.
