Tyler Roberts to start amid two fresh injury blows - Leeds United predicted XI v Tottenham

Marcelo Bielsa is predicted to make one change to the Leeds United starting line-up ahead of his side’s clash with Tottenham at Elland Road on Saturday.

Leeds’ rotten form has seen them slide to within three points of the Premier League’s relegation zone and questions to be answered after the 6-0 hammering at the hands of Liverpool on Wednesday.

Jack Harrison seemed to suffer an issue at the end of the game which was reported by Yorkshire Post journalist Stuart Rayner and we feel as though due to the close proximity of games, the wide-forward could be left against Spurs.

Diego Llorente was missing against Liverpool so we predict that he’ll also be left out again versus Spurs while Harrison could, unfortunately, be replaced by Tyler Roberts in the starting line-up due to Bielsa’s fascination with the Welsh forward.

Illan Meslier is expected to start in goals behind a back-four of Stuart Dallas, Luke Ayling, Pascal Struijk and Junior Firpo.

Robin Koch may miss the game due to the head injury he suffered against Manchester United last week [Mail] so Adam Forshaw and Mateusz Klich could make up the central midfield options to play Spurs.

Raphinha could start on the right-wing with Rodrigo in the central attacking midfield role and Daniel James on the left.

Roberts could start up front but one positive about that is that the ex-West Brom attacker has always looked way better when he’s started than when he’s brought on as a substitute.

In other Leeds United news, Bielsa has shared his thoughts on Harrison after a journalist noticed his injury concern.
