Leeds United have a number of injury problems in their squad ahead of the Premier League clash against Brighton on Saturday.

Marcelo Bielsa has been without his two marquee signings for the past fortnight, with Raphinha and Rodrigo both picking up problems.

That list could be about to expand, with the likes of Helder Costa being forced off in the 0-0 draw against Manchester United.

The Yorkshire Evening Post have released a potential Whites injury list ahead of the trip to the AMEX Stadium, and it doesn't make for good reading.

Not only could Raphinha remain out injured, but Costa could join him in the medical room leaving us short on wingers.

It was shared on their official Twitter account this week, with the 27-year-old possibly joining the likes of Rodrigo on the sideline.

Poveda time?

This could be the perfect chance that Ian Poveda has been waiting for on the sidelines, especially after his emergence from the bench in recent weeks.

Costa looked to be in serious pain after he was thrown to the ground by Aaron Wan-Bissaka, in a challenge that wasn't even penalised by the officials.

It would be a big blow for the Angolan international, who has finally been handed a couple of starts after being replaced by Harrison and Raphinha in recent months.

Pablo Hernandez could also be thrown back into the action, he has played on the right under Bielsa before, we all remember that first Championship season under El Loco.

Of course, Costa or Raphinha could be ready for the clash, and we cross our fingers to see the magic Brazilian back on the wing for this one, we have missed watching his flair immensely.
