Adam Forshaw must follow Mateusz Klich out of Leeds United to complete Jesse Marsch revolution
Jesse Marsch is slowly trying to build Leeds United in his own image and he can go a long way towards doing that by selling this player.
Adam Forshaw has barely played a minute of football for the Whites this season and is just taking up wages that could be better spent on somebody who will actually make a difference to the team.
The boss has already shown that he is willing to let some of Marcelo Bielsa’s favourites leave the club with Mateusz Klich on the brink of joining D.C. United in the MLS, according to Tom Bogert.
The Polish international, who missed out on their World Cup squad due to a lack of playing time at Elland Road, has featured more often than Forshaw has this season but neither can force Tyler Adams and Marc Roca out of the side.
Couple those two wonders with youngsters Darko Gyabi and Archie Gray who are emerging as top talents at Thorp Arch and suddenly there are not many places for them to fit in.
Part of Marsch’s plan is to move the club away from Bielsa’s era and start looking to the future which means some of the Argentine’s favourites are going to have to be moved on as a result.

if they can manage to sell him in January then they have to take whatever transfer fee comes their way because his contract is due to end in the summer.
They won’t be getting any fee for him then so whatever they can get their hands on in the winter is a bonus.
Once the Pole and the Englishman are gone, Marsch will have successfully changed the entire midfield department and then he can look to start doing the same in defence and attack, should he wish to.
In other Leeds United news, there is genuine concern around Elland Road that this January target won’t fancy a move to Yorkshire.
